**Job Title**: Senior Graphic Designer **Experience**: 4+ Years

A Senior Graphic Designer with 4+ years of experience is a creative professional responsible for conceptualizing and executing visual design projects. This role involves leading design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that design concepts align with branding, messaging, and marketing goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design Conceptualization**: Develop creative design concepts, graphics, and layouts for various marketing collateral, including digital and print materials, websites, social media, and more.

**Project Leadership**: Lead and manage design projects, providing guidance to junior designers when needed, setting project timelines, and ensuring project objectives are met.

**Branding**: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring that all design work aligns with the brand identity and messaging.

**Creative Direction**: Collaborate with marketing teams and clients to understand project requirements, goals, and target audiences. Provide creative direction and solutions that meet project objectives.

**Visual Storytelling**: Create visual content that effectively communicates messages, stories, and concepts to engage the target audience.

**Software Proficiency**: Utilize graphic design software tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), to create and edit visuals.

**Quality Assurance**: Review and proof design materials to ensure they are error-free and align with design and brand standards.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, content, and web development teams to integrate design into overall marketing strategies and campaigns.

**Trend Awareness**: Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.

**Client Communication**: Interact with clients to gather feedback, understand project requirements, and present design concepts and final deliverables.

**Deadline Management**: Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet project deadlines consistently.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across different media.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.
- Creative thinking and a strong sense of design aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design work.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Time management and project management skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing project needs.
- Knowledge of web design and UX/UI principles is a plus.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing software is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
