We are looking for a passionate and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in Hyderabad. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual with 2-3 years of experience with a passion for design and a strong portfolio showcasing their skills in graphic design across various mediums.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- A creative graphic designer who will assist in creating visually appealing designs for various digital and print materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, marketing collateral, and presentations.
- A passionate graphic designer who works in an organized and systematic manner to ensure timely execution under pressure and tight deadlines.
- A smart graphic designer with having good understanding of graphic trends, and brand identity and a creative flair, originality, good aesthetic sense and strong innovation.
- Competent in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects) Figma, proficient in graphic skills including gifs and other motion graphics and should be eager to learn new software.
- Keen on strategy and research-based to deliver successful design.

**You will**:

- Invent and innovate upon construction management modules and make them immersive, interactive and engaging to generate leads
- Collaborate with senior designers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and contribute fresh ideas and solutions.
- Demonstrate solutions and iterate quickly on feedback.

**Required skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Passion for design and learning new skills and concepts
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

**Good to have**:

- Strong visual design skills.
- Type, color, layout, hierarchy.
- Iconography and illustration.
- Motion graphics and animation.
- Multi-disciplinary, always learning mindset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
