**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Graphic Designer** to join our Social Media team. You’ll be responsible for crafting engaging visuals that communicate our brand's identity across digital and print platforms. If you have a strong eye for design, an understanding of branding, and a passion for visual storytelling, we’d love to meet you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design compelling visual content for web, social media, print, and digital campaigns.
- Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all design materials.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
- Translate briefs and ideas into high-quality, on-brand creative assets.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines consistently.
- Prepare and deliver print-ready files (with proper bleed, margins, and color profiles).
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure visual consistency in all deliverable s across channels.
- **Be flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment where roles and priorities may evolve.**

**Key Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
- Strong sense of branding and visual identity
- Typography, layout, and design principles
- Ability to develop creative concepts independently and in teams
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Effective time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Basic knowledge of Motion Graphics using Adobe After Effects

- Marketing Collateral: Flyers, brochures, posters, banners
- Social Media Creatives: Static posts, stories, ads, cover images

- Print-Ready Files: CMYK outputs with correct bleed/margins
- Motion Graphics: Simple animations or video snippets
