**What you will do**:

- Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand’s style visually.
- Assist in maintaining and evolving the brand's visual identity through consistent design elements and graphic styles.
- Work with the marketing & content team and actively participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input.

**What we think you need to succeed in this role**:

- A strong eye for design and attention to detail and function, ability to craft visually appealing work, with a solid understanding of typography, photography, and layout and how these work together. Please provide a portfolio showcasing your visual design work, with a focus on art direction and graphic design. This can be in the form of an online portfolio, PDF, or a link to relevant projects.
- Proficiency in at least one of the design software (Figma, Sketch, etc.) and a solid grasp of Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.
- You are also comfortable visualizing, creating simple illustrations and creating animated gifs or animated short videos either on Canva or Photoshop.
- You're renowned for efficiency and can juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Accurate estimation & efficient time management is a must.
- You are open to feedback from stakeholders and should be able to clearly communicate design rationale, both verbally and visually.
- You are a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to keep up with & implement recent developments in design.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹16,741.04 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
