Zuddl is a unified events and webinar platform for B2B marketers and conference organizers to plan and run webinars and event programs that drive revenue. Through software and service, Zuddl supports the entire event lifecycle(pre-event, in-event, post-event) regardless of the event format(webinar, hybrid, virtual or in-person).

We serve B2B companies like Highspot, Razorpay, and Microsoft and conference organizers like NACD, NAMIC, Saastr, Techcrunch, etc.

Zuddl being a part Y-Combinator 2020 batch has raised $13.35 million in Series A funding led by Alpha Wave Incubation and Qualcomm Ventures with participation from our existing investors GrowX ventures and Waveform Ventures.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR**

We are seeking a talented and versatile Visual and Web Designer to join our marketing design team. You will play a key role in designing our web pages, event experiences and maintaining our brand's visual identity across the web platform in collaboration with the marketing team. Your creative skills and attention to detail will contribute to enhancing brand recognition and engagement with our target audience. **WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Collaborate with product marketing and content team to craft impactful websites, delightful brand experiences and work closely with developers on its execution.
- Get your hands dirty with product marketing activities like building event experiences, interactive e-books, campaigns and shaping the visual identity of Zuddl and its web / digital properties.
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly event experiences that effectively demonstrate the features and functionalities of the Zuddl platform. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand prospect, requirements and use case and design custom sandbox solutions.
- Take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring all design elements are functional, visually appealing, and aligned with the brand's aesthetic.
- Cast your critical eye on landing page designs, oversee development and collaborate with digital team to enhance user experience and maximize conversions.
- Stay ahead of the trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies. Bring back learnings and developments from them to our projects.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven experience of 2 - 4 Years as a visual and web designer, preferably in B2B SaaS marketing.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and visually compelling design projects, showcasing your impeccable taste, ability to craft impactful, functional websites and delightful brand experiences.
- You have shipped responsive websites and other marketing assets in the past. Have experience in designing for Web and worked with Webflow developers. Understanding of responsive web, Webflow, HTML, CSS is good to have.
- Your command of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Design Systems, and other design and prototyping tools is nothing short of enchanting.
- Your communication skills are as sharp as your design sense, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present your design concepts and ideas with confidence.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring consistency and quality in all design deliverables.
- As a marketer first, you possess a deep understanding of the broader context of marketing. Your expertise in design not only contributes to the aesthetic appeal but also aligns with and enhances our overall marketing strategy and goals, bringing a creative vision that drives impactful results.
