Role Accountability - Design and develop learning content (digital, classroom, blended) across behavioral, functional, and leadership domains. - Create facilitator guides, participant handbooks, job aids, e-learning storyboards, microlearning modules, infographics, and video scripts. - Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate business requirements into engaging and practical learning interventions. - Curate relevant external content (articles, videos, MOOCs, etc.) to enhance internal learning offerings. - Ensure content aligns with instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, or Kirkpatrick's model. - Work closely with the LMS and digital learning teams to publish and update content on platforms like LinkedIn Learning, internal LMS, etc. - Track and analyze feedback and usage data to improve content relevance and effectiveness. - Stay updated on trends in digital learning, content tools, and design practices.
