Commitment to the overall development of an employee through comprehensive learning & development framework Role Purpose The role is responsible for driving and managing the deployment and integration projects pertaining to ML models and strategies, new data sources (both traditional and alternate). Role Accountability 1. Drive integrations of new data sources in the ML data lake for usage downstream (such as in models, strategies, other risk systems such as TRIAD, Falcon, etc.) 2. Manage and support implementation of ML models and strategies on in-house ML platform for portfolio management. 3. Coordinate with IT team and the stakeholders, act as a bridge between the two in order to meet business objectives. 4. Keep track of all the projects and publish project status/updates to all the stakeholders on regular basis. 5. Work with team to facilitate validation tests to make sure the projects are delivered as per expectations and provide ost go live support. 6. Provide support for Vendor management - Conduct reconciliation to make sure invoices are correctly generated Managing Invoicing & PO process for all Credit vendors and ensure payments are processed as per contractual terms. Measures of Success 1. Ensure 100% implementation of models, strategies and data integrations in the ML platform data lake as per agreed plan 2. Policy Automation as per agreed MOU 3. Timely completion of all the assigned projects Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications 1. Basic knowledge of handling Big Data in Hadoop/Spark/AWS/ML platforms 2. Good understanding of programming languages with hands-on experience with Python/Py-Spark 3. Detail oriented and a structured mindset Competencies critical to the role 1. Collaboration 2. Coding and Analytical ability Qualification Bachelors/ Master's degree (preferably in quantitative field or in Information technology, Computer Applications) Preferred Industry FSI
