Senior Digital Media Planner

Job Purpose The Senior Digital Media Planner will be responsible for creating and executing effective digital media plans that help our clients achieve their marketing goals They will work closely with other departments to ensure that all campaigns are implemented according to plan and delivered on time and on budget As a leader within the digital marketing team the Senior Planner will drive critical media planning and strategy in collaboration with search and paid social SMEs to deliver on client business objectives This role requires a strong understanding of how the various digital channels work together including display video mobile search and social and expertise with in-platform programmatic buying Job Responsibilities Essential Job Functions Develop and implement comprehensive digital media plans that align with client objectives and budgets Collaborate with other departments e g account management to ensure that all campaigns are executed effectively Monitor campaign performance and adjust as necessary to optimize results Stay up to date with industry trends and new media opportunities to ensure that our agency is offering cutting-edge digital solutions Manage relationships with media vendors to negotiate rates and secure the best possible placements for our clients Create and deliver campaign performance reports to clients on a regular basis Analyze data from multiple sources e g Google Analytics social media platforms to inform campaign strategy and optimization Train and mentor junior members of the digital media planning team Provide POVs on landscape changes innovations to share with internal external teams Participate in client meetings QBRs and on-sites with the goal of developing strong client relationships and educate clients on the industry align on their campaigns and deliver strong results Work with the Media Supervisors to develop new processes when necessary to improve results and efficiencies for the department Requirements Required Education and Experience Graduate from accredited college or university 4-5 years of experience in digital media planning or buying Experience working with a variety of digital media platforms e g Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager DV360 Hands-on experience with Google Marketing Platform CM DV360 etc knowledge of other ad servers a plus Excellent numerical aptitude to manage budgets invoicing etc Expected Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Position Type Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position The days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 7 PM to 4 AM India Time Complete USA Shift and subject to changes by Managers communication Travel Travel may be required Travel may be outside of the regular business hours EEO StatementCendyn provides equal employment opportunities EEO to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race color religion sex national origin age disability or genetics In addition to federal law requirements Cendyn complies with applicable state and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment in every location in which the company has facilities This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment including recruiting hiring placement promotion termination layoff recall transfer leaves of absence compensation and training Cendyn expressly prohibits any form of workplace harassment based on race color religion gender sexual orientation gender identity or expression national origin age genetic information disability or veteran status Improper interference with the ability of Cendyns employees to perform their job duties may result in discipline up to and including discharge Other DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities duties or responsibilities required of the employee for this job Duties responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice
