We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Major Incident Response Analyst In This Role, You Will - Support the review all mandatory Major Incident Group (MIG) Plan content and confirm approved by respective Chairs on an annual basis (every 12 calendar months). - Review all mandatory IMT Plan content and confirm (New IMT requirements) - Review and update MIG membership, contact details and distribution groups every 6 months, including potentials for information barriers - Test the mandatory MIG invocation processes out of hours every 6 months (twice in a year) across the Group, unless completed as part of a live incident and the MIG Chair approves this covers a test - Monitor and assess incident alerts, escalations, and requests for support across business lines and technology functions. - Identify potential major incident management triggers and escalate in accordance with local and regional playbooks and procedures. - Support the connect between incident response teams and Operational Resilience products, such as BSO Dashboard and third party vulnerabilities . - Support Post Incident Reviews and lessons learned gathering, including the creation of a Post Incident Report. To Be Successful, You Will - Bachelor's degree in business administration, risk management, or related field. - At least 2 years of experience in incident management or related discipline. - Prior experience in an operational, technology, or incident response role (e.g. Security operations, Business Continuity, Technology incident response). - Excellent organisational and time management skills; comfortable with multi-tasking in high-pressure environments and multiple timezones. - Proficiency with collaboration tools (MS teams, Zoom, ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalents). - Understanding of incident management frameworks (e.g. ITIL, ISO22301, NIST, or similar).
