Responsibilities - Assist in the daily administrative operations of the office. - Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members. - Manage and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital. - Prepare and distribute internal and external communications. - Support the team in project management and documentation tasks. - Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting. - Help in organizing company events and team-building activities. Skills and Qualifications - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Basic understanding of office management procedures and systems. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
