Job Description - Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through research, networking, and cold outreach. - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. - Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals and quotations. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting company services and solutions. - Participate in online bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, etc.) to acquire international projects. - Prepare presentations, project pitches, and business proposals for potential clients. - Track market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Requirements - Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 23 years of experience in IT service sales or business development (preferred in web/app/software development). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred).
