Role Objective:

The Business Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing financial performance, optimizing costs & Inventory, and leveraging advanced analytical tools and AI automation to enhance business operations. This role requires a strong foundation in finance, risk management, and data analytics, combined with expertise in modern technologies like SQL, Power BI, Python, and AI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including Inventory, costing, and forecasting, to support strategic business goals.
- Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize processes, enhance decision-making, and drive operational efficiency.
- Utilize SQL, Power BI, and Python to extract, analyze, and visualize data for actionable insights.
- Evaluate risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the company's financial stability and compliance.
- Develop and deliver impactful presentations to communicate insights, strategies, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business challenges.
- Leverage advanced analytical techniques and AI tools to uncover trends and predict future business outcomes.
- Optimize costing strategies across products, materials, and operations to enhance profitability.

Education:

- CA / ICWA.
- Additional certifications or qualifications in Data Analytics, AI, or Business Intelligence are a plus.

Relevant Experience:

- 5 Years experience in Analytical - preferably in the jewelry industry.
- Experience in accounting/Audit processes.

Behavioural Skills:

- Good Analytical skills

Knowledge:

- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and analysis.
- Expertise in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
