POSITION : Executive - Program ManagementCOMPANY : Chemplast Sanmar LimitedDIVISION : CMCDNO OF POSITIONS : 1LOCATION : Berigai, Tamilnadu (Hosur)A - JOB PROFILE :- Coordinate internally with all functions to assess the status of the projects and their risks in Chemical Manufacturing- Present project updates to customer along with delivery team of R&D, pilot, manufacturing, sourcingA - 1 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :- Review projects on a weekly basis with all stakeholders- Prepare for customer calls which are typically fortnightly- Highlight risks and delays to site and corporate leadership- Ensure all stage-gate checks are followed in the transfer of projects across departments - highlight deviations if anyB - 1 QUALIFICATIONS :BE/B.Tech/M.Tech Chemical Engineering or M Sc Chemistry or MBAB - 1 EXPERIENCE :- 4 - 9 years of experience in R&D/ Analytical or scale-up, Program Management, Project Management.- Good written and verbal communication- Clear thinking and presentation - ability to get into details but also look at overall pictureInterested candidates can share their resume to
