team As a Senior Salesforce Developer you will play a key role in architecting designing and implementing our insurance workbench application on the Salesforce platform with a focus on test-driven workbench application on the Salesforce platform leveraging your expertise to design and integrate relevant modules customizations and configurations that optimize workflows and data management xc2xb7 Implement and champion best practices in automated software testing including Test-Driven Development TDD and the use of tools like Selenium Ensure all developments are thoroughly tested reliable and maintainable xc2xb7 Lead and mentor a team of developers providing technical guidance conducting code reviews and promoting best practices in Salesforce development automated testing and software quality assurance xc2xb7 Build and lead the automated software testing chapter for insurance workbench suite and influencing xc2xb7 Lead the development of APIs to facilitate data exchange and connectivity with external systems and partners xc2xb7 Champion a product-led Agile approach to development applying design thinking principles to create intuitive user experiences UX and customer experiences CX within the workbench application xc2xb7 Drive continuous improvement initiatives staying ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends and adapting to changing product requirements automated testing tools such as Selenium and a deep understanding of test-driven development TDD methodologies xc2xb7 Significant leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively guide and collaborate with development squads stakeholders and business users xc2xb7 A deep understanding of Agile principles with a passion for driving continuous improvement and innovation xc2xb7 Proficiency in Salesforce development Apex Visualforce and familiarity with cloud-based integration design thinking UX CX and BPMN Desired Skills and Abilities xc2xb7 Outstanding ability to coach and
