Job Title - Regulatory Reporting Analyst Senior AnalystLocation - Bangalore IndiaRole DescriptionWe are looking for you as a new member of the Regulatory Authority Reporting Team Securities Financing Transaction Regulation SFTR Your task is the daily analysis and solution of complex reporting breaks which we receive from our trade repository DTCC You will work on solutions together with other DWS teams as well as with DWS counterparties This will allow you to broaden your international experience and gain insights into other operational areas Your work will support the activities of DWS to meet the requirements of the important SFTR regulation Our expectations of you are a high attention to details and work quality flexibility and adherence to deadlines You will have the opportunity to work independently to a high degree and ensure that the tasks assigned to you are completed on time You will be supported by experienced team members in multinational locations Your knowledge of the securities lending and or repo business will make your job easier What well offer you Best in class leave policy Gender neutral parental leaves 100 reimbursement under child care assistance benefit gender neutral Flexible working arrangements Employee Assistance Program for you and your family members Comprehensive Hospitalization Insurance for you and your dependents Accident and Term life Insurance Your key responsibilities Analysis and resolution of unpaired Securities Financing Transactions SFTs Analysis and resolution of SFT reporting reconciliation breaks Re-reporting of rejected SFT reporting breaks via FileNet tool Adherence to 4 eye principal wherever implemented Support the update of Key Operating Documents if needed Communicate and collaborate with DWS operational teams as well as DWS counterparties in multiple jurisdictions Escalate issues in time to the appropriate level to avoid any adverse impact on the business Maintain clear and prompt communication with the Frankfurt based team Regulatory Authority Reporting Ensure team-work culture is practiced Your skills and experience Excellent written and oral communication skills in English language German language capabilities are advantageous Ability to plan and organize work Ability to follow up and drive open items to closure Working knowledge of MS Office tools are a must Experience of managing multiple activities with different timelines and coordination required How well support you Training and development to help you excel in your career Flexible working to assist you balance your personal priorities Coaching and support from experts in your team A culture of continuous learning to aid progression A range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your needs About us and our teamsPlease visit our company website for further information
