With strong partnerships across clinics, corporates, and wellness networks, we are building awareness and access for couples seeking fertility treatments and maternity care. We are expanding our footprint in South India and looking for dynamic professionals who can independently lead Business Development & Partnerships in their city. Role Overview The Business Development Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and scaling partnerships with IVF doctors, fertility clinics, maternity hospitals, corporates, and wellness centers. This role requires strong relationship-building, consultative selling, and healthcare ecosystem knowledge. You will be the face of our business in the city, directly contributing to growth by driving partnerships, policy sales, and awareness programs. Key Responsibilities - Develop and grow business in the assigned region for IVF & Maternity Insurance. - Build and manage partnerships with fertility clinics, IVF specialists, gynecologists, and maternity hospitals. - Explore corporate partnerships (HR, employee wellness programs) to position preventive care + maternity insurance solutions. - Engage with wellness ecosystem diagnostic labs, fitness/yoga centers, and preventive healthcare providers. - Conduct awareness workshops, seminars, and client education drives with clinics and corporates. - Own sales targets and deliver consistent business growth. - Provide market insights, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to strengthen product positioning. Desired Candidate Profile - Experience: 37 years in Health Insurance Sales / Corporate Insurance / Healthcare Partnerships / Pharma Sales (Gynecology or IVF segment) / Hospital Business Development. - Strong network in the healthcare ecosystem (IVF, maternity, wellness). - Track record of achieving or exceeding sales/partnership targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset ability to work independently and scale a new market. - Local language fluency + strong city-level network.
