JOB DetailsPosition Product Head- CBT Exam Preparation PlatformJob Location AhmedabadJob Summary The Product Head will lead the development and management of new test preparation platform catering to aspirants of competitive exams The role involves end-to-end product ownership including conceptualization design development launch and growth of the platform The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the edtech sector product lifecycle management and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences Key Responsibilities Product Strategy and Planning Define the product vision roadmap and strategy aligned with business goals Conduct market research to understand competitive landscapes user needs and trends in test preparation Identify and prioritize features to create a compelling and effective test preparation platform Product Development and Management Collaborate with technology teams to design and develop a scalable user-friendly platform Ensure the platform includes features for scheduling tests slot booking and delivering objective-type questions aligned with the syllabus Oversee content curation and partnerships for high-quality question banks and study materials User Experience and Engagement Design intuitive user interfaces and workflows to enhance candidate experiences Monitor user feedback and analytics to continuously improve the platform Introduce gamification and other engagement strategies to retain users Team Leadership and Collaboration Build and lead a cross-functional team comprising content developers designers and technical experts Work closely with sales marketing and customer support teams to ensure alignment with business objectives Revenue and Growth Define pricing strategies and revenue models for the platform Set and achieve targets for user acquisition engagement and retention Monitor financial performance and optimize operational costs Compliance and Quality Assurance Ensure the platform adheres to industry standards data privacy regulations and quality benchmarks Candidate RequirementBachelors or Masters degree in Business Technology or a related field 10 years of experience in product management preferably in edtech or test preparation Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products Strong understanding of competitive exam syllabi and preparation needs Skills and Competencies Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership and team management abilities Strong project management and organizational skills Technical proficiency and ability to collaborate with development teams Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Key Performance Indicators KPIs Platform user acquisition and engagement metrics Revenue generation and profitability of the product Customer satisfaction and retention rates Timeliness of product development milestones Please Expedite and Send the Updated Resume Along with requested details and confirmation of interest Regards Ms Riya Pooja Raval - Sr Consultant Team LeaderSend CV and Reply mail to unitedtechit uhr co in Will call you for detail discussion if your Profile is relevant
