Our educators teach over 20,000+ kids daily across India through schools, both offline and online in over 8+ countries. We offer hands-on lessons in 100+ skills including AI, Robotics, Coding, Entrepreneurship, and Financial literacy. OLL also has its own TV show - Skill Tank - a national platform for students to present their business ideas, airing on CNBC TV18. Additionally, our Skill Bharat Association works with school principals on skill development, revolutionizing skill education across India and organizing an annual award show - Skill Bharat Samman.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a School Sales Executive located in Pune. The School Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling OLL's educational programs to schools, establishing and maintaining relationships with school principals, and collaborating on skill development initiatives. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting presentations, and providing exceptional customer service to educational institutions.
Qualifications
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship-building abilities with educational institutions
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Prior experience in the education sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
