About the Role

Our organization is seeking a skilled School Engagement Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing parent relationships, ensuring timely resolutions to parent inquiries, and maintaining a positive brand image. They will also be involved in sales and marketing initiatives, including experiential marketing and promotional events.

In addition to these responsibilities, the School Engagement Officer will provide administrative support, manage admission registration, and maintain accurate records. They will also work closely with the Marketing Team to ensure seamless execution of all marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage parent relationships and ensure timely resolutions to parent inquiries
  • Participate in sales and marketing initiatives, including experiential marketing and promotional events
  • Provide administrative support, including admission registration and record-keeping
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to ensure seamless execution of all marketing initiatives
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing.

They will have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in education and marketing, with strong people management skills and the ability to prioritize workload effectively. A demonstrated track record of initiative, creativity, and motivation is essential.
