Job Category Marketing We seek a qualified and experienced candidate to join our team as a Director Marketing who will drive marketing initiatives and brand building for Kroll This role is based in Mumbai and works in Hybrid mode Responsibilities Originate develop and execute creative strategic marketing programs and plans that smartly employ a full range of activities including events direct and digital communications thought leadership public relations and advertising Maximize the use of both internal marketing resources and external vendors to successfully execute marketing programs Manage marketing content limited research proofing editing etc and collateral across the India practice including knowledge and research reports firm profiles flyers and other marketing dossiers Aid in the development of thought leadership materials that support business goals including newsletters white papers and surveys Lead digital marketing efforts for the region including maintaining and publishing content on the India website maximizing the use of social media for marketing promotion and efforts to continuously improve search engine optimization Manage organize and promote all types of events and conferences in the region including sponsorships hosted events and webinars as well as assist in building relationships with corporate bodies such as CII FICCI IVCA etc Maximize exposure of the Duff Phelps brand and thought leadership through public relations activities manage relationships with PR agencies and act as a corporate relations liaison for media engagement Leverage marketing campaigns and thought leadership generated across the firm and adapt to local market as appropriate ensuring unified execution consistency and effectiveness Support sales enablement through development of sales templates marketing brochures and other needed tools Promote best practices in using the firm s Client Relationship Management system build and maintain targeted contact lists and support the business teams in managing and maintaining data quality Understand the competitive environment and tailor our marketing to current trends opportunities and competitive pressures Deliver marketing results against a tightly managed budget and track marketing spending to report on return on investment for marketing activities Ensure local marketing activities are linked to Duff Phelps global marketing strategy and support efforts to raise brand profile in the region Progressive opportunity to become a regional role in supporting other Asia offices including Singapore and Japan Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree in Marketing or Communications with concentration in business or finance from an accredited college or university Experience in marketing professional or financial advisory services Experience in public relations is desirable Minimum 15 years of experience in a marketing communications role at a professional service or B2B organization Excellent verbal and written communication skills Polished individual with excellent command over the English language is a must Proactive individual with a history of out-of-the-box thinking and high creative quotient Experience in working with business associations such as CII FICCI IVCA etc is a plus Experience in developing thought leadership is a must Approximately 10 - 20 travel required Skills Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and deal with ambiguity Ability to excel in a matrix management environment with little day-to-day oversight Strong team player PowerPoint Excel Word Adobe Illustrator suite Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Adobe InDesign Quark and basic HTML skills desirable About Kroll In a world of disruption and increasingly complex business challenges our professionals bring truth into focus with the Kroll Lens Our sharp analytical skills paired with the latest technology allow us to give our clients clarity-not just answers-in all areas of business We value the diverse backgrounds and perspectives that enable us to think globally As part of One team One Kroll you ll contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment that empowers you to excel Kroll is the premier global valuation and corporate finance advisor with expertise in complex valuation disputes and investigations M A restructuring and compliance and regulatory consulting Our professionals balance analytical skills deep market insight and independence to help our clients make sound decisions As an organization we think globally-and encourage our people to do the same Kroll is committed to equal opportunity and diversity and recruits people based on merit In order to be considered for a position you must formally apply via LI-Hybrid LI-AT1
