Business Development Executive

Job Description Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategies to generate leads for New Zealand education and migration services. - Build strong relationships with educational consultants, agencies, institutions, and potential referral partners. - Conduct outreach through calls, emails, meetings, and networking events. - Follow up with leads and guide prospective clients through initial onboarding steps. - Promote our student visa, family visa, and migration services across Kerala. - Track, manage, and report sales activities using CRM tools. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experience from inquiry to registration. - Meet monthly lead and conversion targets. - Support branch-level marketing and promotional campaigns. Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field. - 13 years of experience in sales, business development, or education consultancy (preferred). - Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam. - Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - High level of professionalism, responsibility, and customer service orientation. - Ability to work independently and achieve targets. - Familiarity with overseas education or immigration services is an added advantage.
