The Role
We’re hiring a Head – International (Americas/EMEA/APAC)

to lead global expansion. This is a strategic and execution-heavy role where you’ll own market entry, localization, partnerships, and creator/KOL networks across key international markets. You’ll ensure Horocosmo’s offerings resonate deeply with local audiences while scaling globally.

What You’ll Do

Lead international

go-to-market strategies

across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
Identify and launch in high-potential regions with tailored playbooks.
Build partnerships with

creators, influencers, and KOLs

in local markets.
Oversee

content/product localization

(languages, culture, compliance).
Collaborate with Growth, Product, SEO, and Content teams for seamless global rollout.
Develop

scalable international expansion models

for future markets.

Must-Have Qualifications

8–10 years in

international expansion, localization, or creator partnerships .
Proven success launching

consumer tech/D2C products globally .
Cross-cultural fluency, with experience working across time zones and regulatory landscapes.
Strong execution ability: GTM, partnerships, and creator/influencer ecosystems.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in

wellness, spirituality, or culturally nuanced categories .
Multilingual skills or experience in multilingual markets.
Startup or high-growth environment experience.

KPIs You’ll Own
