Job Description Hiring: Sales Executive (Offline B2B) Spacewise Interiors & Modular Furniture Location: Lucknow Salary: 25,000 per month (in-hand) + 1% commission on all sales (no cap) Type: Full-time | On-site About Us Spacewise is a fast-growing interior turnkey and modular furniture company, specializing in office interiors, corporate towers, and commercial spaces. We pride ourselves on delivering end-to-end, design-to-delivery solutions that elevate work environments and make spaces more efficient, aesthetic, and future-ready. Role Overview We're looking for a driven and confident Offline Sales Executive to help expand our footprint in the corporate and builder segment. Your job will be to connect with local builders, developers, architects, and corporate clients, build relationships, and generate business for our turnkey interior and modular furniture services. Key Responsibilities - Visit local builders, contractors, and corporate clients to pitch our services. - Identify new business opportunities in office and commercial interior projects. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers. - Coordinate with the design and execution teams to deliver proposals and close deals. - Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth. Requirements - Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B or construction/interior/furniture sales preferred (freshers with good communication skills can also apply). - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Must be comfortable with fieldwork and client visits. - Self-motivated and target-driven. - Basic understanding of interiors, furniture, or construction will be an advantage.
