Channel Manager for Vishwas Business Responsible for managing and optimizing sales channels for Vishwas Business - mortgage products - both Home Loan Loan against property - to ensure maximum outreach and efficiency The role involves a combination of sales relationship management and strategic planning to drive Vishwas business growth through various channels - both internal external Key Responsibilities 1 Sales Strategy and Planning - Develop and implement sales strategies for Vishwas Business- Identify and evaluate potential sales channels - Internal channels DSAs connectors including brokers and real estate agents- Forecast channel-wise sales targets and track performance against targets2 Channel Management - Manage relationships with channel partners ensuring they are well-informed and motivated to promote Vishwas products - Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills - Monitor the performance of each channel analyzing data to optimize sales processes 3 Business Development - Identify new business opportunities within existing channels or through the development of new channels - Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns and promotions tailored to each channel - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including channel partners and customers 4 Compliance and Risk Management - Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements - Monitor the quality of loans sourced through channels to manage risk - Coordinate with internal risk and compliance teams to ensure adherence to guidelines 5 Market Research and Analysis - Conduct market research to understand customer needs market trends and competitive landscape - Provide feedback to product development teams based on insights from channel partners and customers - Skills - Strong understanding of mortgage products and the financial services market - Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills - Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends - Ability to manage multiple relationships and work in a fast-paced environment - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
