We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our Housing Finance team in Mumbai. This is an excellent opportunity to grow and develop your skills in relationship management.

About the Role
  • Manage sales and distribution through cross-channel, dealer sales networks, and open market channels for the Housing Finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive unilateral growth by adding new dealerships/branches
  • Lead and grow the Direct Sales team, focusing on increased productivity
  • Market and encash catchment areas
  • Meet High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients and explain various products related to Loan Against Property/Housing Finance
  • Build relationships with builders and secure tie-ups to focus on Primary Markets
  • Process project approvals for builders
  • Generate additional revenue through cross-selling & multi-selling of Insurance, Savings Accounts, Credit Cards, etc.
  • Develop and train the DST Team and Dealers
  • Coordinate with internal teams for business like Credit, Legal, Technical, Risk and Compliance, and Operations
  • Ensure end-to-end processing of cases and update status for customers
  • Deliver top-class service for customers to improve NPS Scores

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate professionals with excellent communication skills
  • Relevant Home Loan/Mortgage/LAP sales experience of at least 2-8 years
  • Age between 25-35 years
