In this high-impact, commission-based role, you will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and generating your own leads to closing deals and fostering client relationships. You will act as the face of ThinkeSpace, articulating our value proposition and connecting our services with the needs of the market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation & Prospecting:Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and creative outreach strategies.
- Sales Cycle Management:Take charge of the full sales process, from initial contact and needs analysis to negotiation and final closure.
- Client Relationship Building:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both potential and existing clients.
- Strategic Communication:Clearly and persuasively communicate ThinkeSpace's service offerings, tailoring your pitch to address specific client pain points.
- Autonomous Performance:Work independently to set and exceed ambitious sales targets, managing your own pipeline and activity.

Qualifications:

- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills.
- Proficiency in Business and Account Management.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Experience in sales and customer relationship management is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
