Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Export Sales Executive (Male/Female) with at least 1 year of experience in international sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing overseas clients, developing new export business, coordinating with internal teams, and achieving export sales goals. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets. - Handle inquiries from overseas clients and prepare quotations. - Maintain strong and long-term relationships with global customers. - Prepare and manage export documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, etc.). - Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts departments for smooth order execution. - Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with clients. - Conduct market research to identify potential export regions and new clients. - Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation standards, and company policies. - Achieve monthly and quarterly export sales targets. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum 1 year of experience in Export Sales or International Marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector. - Knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and international logistics. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM or ERP systems is preferred. - Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional language skills are an advantage. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
