About Us Della Township is a leading name in luxury real estate development delivering exceptional living experiences through our integrated and thoughtfully designed township projects With a commitment to excellence innovation and sustainability Della Township represents a lifestyle that is a class apart Job Overview We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives for our luxury township developments The ideal candidate will have a strong background in premium real estate sales-particularly townships-and will be responsible for client engagement achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth Key Responsibilities Lead and manage sales operations for luxury township projects under Della Township Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients including HNIs and Ultra-HNIs Conduct personalized site visits client meetings and project presentations Drive sales closures and ensure post-sale customer satisfaction and retention Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign planning and lead generation Track and report sales performance market feedback and competitor activity Ensure excellent client service standards and handle queries and escalations professionally Provide training and mentorship to junior sales executives when needed Job Expectations Qualifications Skills Deep understanding of the premium real estate market and buyer behavior Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office Minimum Qualification Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field MBA preferred Minimum Job Experience Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the real estate industry with at least 3 years in luxury township or integrated community projects Reporting to CMD Travel Yes
