Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Kolkata. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer portfolios, addressing client inquiries, facilitating claims processing, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves cross-selling and up-selling insurance products, coordinating with different teams, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Insurance Sales, Cross-selling, and Up-selling
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
