We are seeking a Relationship Manager Business Development to strengthen customer relationships, drive financial growth, and expand our market presence. The role requires strong client management, sales acumen, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Primary:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineers, senior management) to address customer needs.
  • Execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Manage price and SLA negotiations.
  • Handle client escalations and resolve objections effectively.
  • Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups.

Secondary:

  • Achieve sales targets for the region with a self-driven, motivated approach.
  • Liaise with senior bank officials, consultants, and business partners to develop opportunities.
  • Execute day-to-day business development and marketing activities.
  • Conduct basic market/subject research when required.
  • Manage relationships with business associates and partners.
  • Be open to short-notice travel for business needs.

Additional:

  • Maintain key customer relationships while expanding the customer base.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize growth.
  • Oversee and streamline the end-to-end sales process.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (internal & external).
