Job Title: Business Operations Executive

Location: Pune (with travel across India as required)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Executive to work directly with the Founders across multiple ventures in sports, real estate, and art. The role is designed to support the Founders by managing operational tasks, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring seamless execution of business activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. A background in sales and marketing of premium products and services (such as luxury real estate, art, lifestyle, or similar industries) will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, manage, and review business documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with external agencies, including digital marketing and design partners, to execute campaigns and projects effectively.
- Oversee and monitor team deliverables across different businesses, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Handle professional communication with clients and maintain strong business relationships.
- Track project progress, maintain structured reports, and provide regular updates to the Founder.
- Support business development initiatives and assist in client interactions where needed.
- Manage travel schedules, logistics, and event coordination for the Founder.
- Travel across India when required for business purposes.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in business operations, coordination, or client-facing roles.
- Prior experience in sales and marketing of premium or luxury products/services (e.g., real estate, art, lifestyle, hospitality) is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Willingness to travel across India when required.
