ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Title - Head Corporate HR Location - Hyderabad- HO We are Seeking Corporate HR Head for the Indian arm of a Danish company that dabbles in Equipment Services and spare parts Customer support Facility management Engineering and project management for everything from Liquefied petroleum gas LPG filling facilities and Liquefied natural gas biogas LNG LBG bunkering solutions Purpose The Job holder will oversee the strategic management and execution of all corporate HR functions This includes the development and implementation of policies and processes to support compensation and benefits talent acquisition and onboarding as well as employee training and development The role will also involve analysing HR metrics to drive improvements and alignment with organizational goals As Corporate HR head your Role Responsibilities will include HR Strategy and Reporting Monitor and evaluate HR performance metrics to inform decision-making Prepare and present HR analytics and reports to senior leadership Contribute to the formulation of corporate HR strategies that support business growth Compliance and Policy Development Ensure adherence to Labour laws and regulatory requirements Develop update and enforce corporate HR policies and procedures Collaboration and Communication Act as a liaison between the corporate HR team and other departments Provide guidance to management on HR-related matters and strategies Compensation Benefits Design implement and monitor competitive compensation structures and benefit plans to attract and retain talent Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and organizational policies for payroll and benefits administration Analyse market trends to maintain industry competitiveness Generate periodic reports on HR metrics and compensation analysis Talent Acquisition Onboarding Develop and manage recruitment strategies to meet organizational staffing needs Ensure an efficient onboarding process to integrate new hires effectively Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and address staffing requirements Build strong employer branding initiatives to attract top talent Training Development Identify skill gaps and create training programs to enhance employee capabilities Oversee leadership development initiatives and succession planning frameworks Develop training roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals Assess the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements Knowledge Skills and Abilities CORE COMPETENCIES Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated abilities to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment Expertise in compensation planning talent management and training program management QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE Education MBA in Human resources management Master s degree preferred Experience Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a corporate HR leadership role Technical Skills Proficiency in HR software and tools knowledge of labour laws and data analysis MS Office proficient DESIRED BEHAVIOURS Self-driven takes initiatives proactively Persistent and result oriented Takes ownership and responsibility Transparent and Loyal Ability to work in a matrix environment Aligned to Makeen Energy values Functional Skills - Proficient in English language Good organizational and planning abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills demonstrated ability to adapt and clearly communicate information to a wide range of audiences and situations Lead develop and motivate teams Strong knowledge of HR practices Demonstrated ability interpreting applying and communicating a variety of policies procedures and regulations Having worked with companies having well regarded HR practices About SEARCH VALUE Search Value is a fast-growing Human Capital company specialising in critical and top management hiring and consulting in the Diversity Inclusion space IMPACTING HUMAN CAPITAL is what Search Value strives to be its legacy At the end of the day placing an impact leader strengthens our own credibility in the executive search business and we are very passionate about the same with clients and candidates alike It is our stated intent that whatever we do in the business it needs to make a positive difference in your life The people we work with are our greatest brand ambassadors
