IT Corporate Trainee

**Job Overview**:
The Corporate Trainee will assist in overseeing and conducting process audits across various departments and managing the IT related work within the company. The role involves analyzing business processes, identifying potential risks, and ensuring compliance with internal and external policies. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT systems, process optimization, and audit functions, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Process Audits**:

- Conduct audits of various departmental processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements for better workflow management.
- Review and monitor adherence to company policies, procedures, and protocols.

2. **IT Audits**:

- Assist in evaluating IT systems to ensure they meet compliance and security standards.
- Support in identifying IT-related risks and providing recommendations for mitigating these risks.
- Help implement IT governance frameworks across the organization.

3. **Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to department performance and IT system effectiveness.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports with findings, risks, and action plans.
- Regularly present audit results and recommendations to senior management.

4. **Process Optimization**:

- Support departments in documenting and streamlining existing processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation within business processes.
- Work with teams to implement best practices and continuous improvements.

5. **Compliance & Risk Management**:

- Ensure that all departments comply with internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in assessing operational and financial risks and mitigating actions where necessary.
- Help manage and follow up on any corrective actions required from the audits.

6. **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, Operations, and IT.
- Provide feedback to departments based on audit findings to promote transparency and accountability.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, risk management, and business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior internship or experience in IT, audit, or process management (preferred but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with ERP
