Bounteous x Accolite is a premier end-to-end digital transformation consultancy dedicated to partnering with ambitious brands to create digital solutions for today s complex challenges and tomorrow s opportunities With uncompromising standards for technical and domain expertise we deliver innovative and strategic solutions in Strategy Analytics Digital Engineering Cloud Data AI Experience Design and Marketing Our Co-Innovation methodology is a unique engagement model designed to align interests and accelerate value creation Our clients worldwide benefit from the skills and expertise of over 4 000 expert team members across the Americas APAC and EMEA By partnering with leading technology providers we craft transformative digital experiences that enhance customer engagement and drive business success Founded in 2003 in Chicago is a leading digital experience consultancy that co-innovates with the world s most ambitious brands to create transformative digital experiences With services in Strategy Experience Design Technology Analytics and Insight and Marketing Bounteous elevates brand experiences through technology partnerships and drives superior client outcomes We are looking for an eCommerce Solution Architect to design solutions tailored to business needs for our esteemed clients This position presents the opportunity to work on client-facing team-based projects on a modern development stack with a focus on CPG and Retail business and Commerce in general You will participate in all aspects of the commerce project lifecycle while solving challenging technical problems for our clients Information Security Responsibilities Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices including acceptable use of information assets malware protection and password security protocols Identify assess and report security risks focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality integrity and availability of information assets Understand and evaluate how data is stored processed or transmitted ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards GDPR CCPA etc Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information Role and Responsibilities Function as the lead team member for clients active eCommerce business Serve as an expert on eCommerce best practices and industry trends to guide business opportunities for expansion and evolution Lead solutions and propose recommendations leveraging knowledge of eCommerce technology including platforms platform extensions marketplaces etc Partner with Growth teams and participate in pre-sales project discovery and delivery activities Estimate plan and implement eCommerce solutions for Bounteous clients that solve business issues using the latest platform and ecosystem tools Effectively communicate with the client understand their requirements and produce architecture diagrams Work with integrated Agile teams collaborating with designers project managers and product owners to plan and estimate projects Recommend necessary changes in the existing e-commerce application and work for its efficient functioning revenue generation and cost savings Coordinate with web developers eCommerce marketing team and eCommerce analysts to ensure completion and functionality of the application Preferred Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a 2- or 4-year degree in CS Engineering 5 years of experience working on one or more of the following platforms Fabric commerce Commerce tools Adobe Magento Salesforce Commerce Cloud Detailed understanding of eCommerce tools and solutions D2C eCommerce experience required B2B experience is a plus Platform and Architecture technical skills and knowledge of emerging technologies platforms In-depth understanding of service-oriented architecture Experience migrating legacy platforms with new technologies Replatforming expertise Experience with order management systems platforms and optimizing such platforms Familiarity with web technologies such as social media personalization and behavioral targeting Experience with or awareness of user experience design information architecture and Agile web development processes Experience working in an agency environment and being client-facing Expert organizational and management skills Bounteous x Accolite is proud to be an equal opportunity employer Bounteous x Accolite does not discriminate on the basis of race religion color sex gender identity sexual orientation age physical or mental disability national origin veteran status or any other status protected under federal state or local law Bounteous x Accolite is willing to sponsor eligible candidates for employment visas
