We are looking for Vice President Confectionnary in Manufacturing Project Management Expert Lean Manufacturing TPM and Six Sigma GB certified professional with atleast 18years of experience in planning and leading operations involving small to large-sized FMCG manufacturing Food Nonfood environments in Companies Like Britania Parle G UNIBIC ITC Bunge Vice President Operations Manufacturing project management green field brown filed Lean Manufacturing Value stream Mapping Autonomous Maintenance Process capability New technology development New product development New process development Scale up Asset care AM PM Quality Management System Contract manufacturing TPM Continuous improvement 5S Kaizen PDCA Fish Bone diagram for problem solving Condition Monitoring HACCP Food Safety Management Systems Supply Chain Management Procurement Safety Audits Training Development People Management Vendor Development Business devolvement Cost optimization power BI presentations Projects Handled Heading the 160Cr cookie manufacturing green field factory with 6 lines and multiple SKUs Led the Installation commissioning and stabilized the operations of brown field Wafer product lines Played key role in installation and commissioning and operations of Green filed plant of Beer lines and utilities Brewery industry Installed and commissioned chocolate processing conch ball mills enrober and cake processing and packing equipment Installed flow wrapping machines to cover the additional capacity in existing lines Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily production execution as per weekly monthly plan Ensuring the PVA 100 to full fill the sales requirement from the unit Ensuring the line efficiency 100 with effective planning on day to day operations Focusing on operators and Labour workers skill development to avoid the minor losses in operations Effective planning of scheduling the PM activities for process and packing equipment s to ensure zero breakdown Driving the Autonomous maintenance to upkeep the plant efficiency Ensuring RMPM connectivity before schedule plan to overcome the sudden stoppages of production Daily tracking the KPIs to ensure Manufacturing cost with in the budget on daily basis Handling smoothly large size of team approx 980 manpower per day without any disciplinary issues in the operations Daily tracking of RMPM consumption and wastages to avoid major losses in the operations Line balancing with multiple skus in same run to reduce the changeover time loss Ensuring the monthly review is conducted to have understanding the cost as per Annual Operating plan Budget and necessary corrective action taken for major deviation Driving the Autonomous maintenance culture to improve the overall plant efficiency Evaluating the skill gap in operation team and providing the support to improve their skills Coordinating the Cross functional team to have smooth operations CTC upto 50 Lpa Notice Period Immediate or Less than 15 days Interested can Share cv at 9877054031 Job Type Full-time Pay 4 553 749 62 - 5 021 995 08 per year Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 9877054031
