As a Guest Service Associate - Front Office, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, performing check-in and check-out procedures, addressing guest inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also handle reservations, assist with guest needs during their stay, and proactively resolve any issues to enhance the guest experience. Collaborating with colleagues across different departments and ensuring accurate record-keeping are key aspects of this role. Qualifications - Customer service and communication skills, including problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in handling front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain a professional demeanor - Organizational skills to manage guest records and complete tasks efficiently - Knowledge of hotel management systems and basic computer proficiency is a plus - A welcoming and proactive attitude, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction - Prior experience in hospitality roles or similar positions is an advantage but not mandatory - High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional hospitality certifications are appreciated
