Responsibilities
- Responsible for building Nano's brand, increasing student enrollments, and supporting franchisee growth.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, offline, and franchise channels.

- Measure marketing program effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in strategy and output
- Organize department meetings, conduct personnel reviews, and attend managerial meetings
- Participate in organization-wide strategy planning and expand our thinking around the role of marketing in achieving growth
- Oversee marketing expenses and resources, including relationships with external vendors and advertising and media firms
- Drive student enrollments through performance marketing, social media, and BTL activities.
- Build a strong, differentiated brand that resonates with students, parents, and franchisees.
- Lead a high-performing team to deliver measurable growth.
- Support franchise partners with local marketing and launch campaigns.
Qualifications
- Masters/ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing
- 10+ years in marketing, with 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in education/edtech.
- Expertise in digital marketing and brand building.
- Strong communication and team leadership skills.
- Excellent multitasking and project management skills
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, offline, and franchise channels.
