Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales & Application Engineer at Matcut Enterprise, based in Rajkot. The individual will be responsible for: - Providing technical support and product training to customers - Offering performance-based tooling solutions for various machining applications - Conducting site visits and maintaining strong customer relationships - Driving sales growth through technical expertise and solution-oriented engagement Qualifications & Responsibilities - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or a related field - 1+ year of experience in Precision Tooling or CNC Operations - Strong understanding of cutting tools, tool selection, and machining parameters - Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support - Ability to interpret engineering drawings and offer application solutions - Excellent communication and customer-handling skills - Strong problem-solving attitude and attention to detail - Familiarity with CAD/CAM software or programming tools is an advantage What We Offer - Competitive salary package based on experience - Opportunities for technical training and skill development - A dynamic work environment that encourages innovation, learning, and growth Location: Rajkot, Gujarat
