Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Person based in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu. The Technical Sales Person will be responsible for identifying and cultivating business opportunities, presenting solutions to potential clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, preparing technical proposals, and collaborating with engineering teams to address customer needs. The individual will also be tasked with achieving sales targets, providing after-sales support, and staying updated on industry trends to drive business growth. Qualifications - Technical understanding of battery solutions, robotics, and automation systems, including Lithium-Ion (Li-Ion) and Lithium Ferro Phosphate (LiFePO4) technologies - Strong skills in sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management - Ability to prepare and present technical proposals and conduct product demonstrations - Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed to meet with clients - Educational background in Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related technical field - Prior experience in energy solutions or automation industries is an advantage - Proactive mindset, ability to work independently, and passion for technical innovation
