Role Description We are seeking a full-time Sales Specialist to join our team on-site at our Siliguri location. The Sales Specialist will manage customer inquiries, foster client relationships, and promote our hospitality services to create tailored experiences for our guests. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, training team members, conducting market research, identifying potential opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Strong collaboration with the wider sales and hospitality teams will be central to success in this role. Qualifications - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building relationships and ensuring guest satisfaction - Proficiency in Sales techniques and high performance in Sales Management tasks - Experience in providing Training and mentoring to team members - Ability to demonstrate organizational and time management skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred - Familiarity with the hospitality or tourism industry is a strong advantage
