installation maintenance and troubleshooting of AV VC systems and IT hardware Manage inventory across all Indian office locations including asset tracking stock levels and procurement coordination Ensure compliance with EH S protocols and site-specific operational standards Maintain accurate service documentation inventory logs and reporting dashboards Liaise with vendors internal stakeholders and procurement teams to resolve escalations Support onboarding and training of new hires and junior staff Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and SOP refinement What You Will Bring Diploma or Bachelor s in Electronics IT or related technical field Minimum 10 years experience in field service with at least 3 years in a supervisory role Proven expertise in AV VC systems Cisco Poly Zoom Rooms networking and structured cabling Strong command of inventory management systems and asset lifecycle processes Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Fluent in English
