Job Description We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Head to lead and manage a team of front-line sales representatives in promoting and selling life insurance policies directly to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, manage, and motivate a team of front-line sales representatives to achieve assigned sales targets and expand the customer base. - Develop and execute effective sales strategies, tactics, and plans to drive business growth. - Provide the sales team with the necessary tools, training, and ongoing support to ensure success. - Monitor individual and team performance, deliver constructive feedback, and coach for skill development. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. - Stay informed about industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge. - Collaborate with departments such as marketing and operations to align sales efforts with business goals. - Analyze sales data and market insights to identify opportunities, improve efficiency, and optimize overall performance. Candidate Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in managing sales teams with proven success in sales, preferably in the life insurance or financial services sector. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities. - Sales Acumen: Strong skills in selling, negotiation, and deal closure. - Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. - Analytical Skills: Capable of interpreting sales data and market insights to guide strategy. - Results Orientation: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
