Job Description We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Head to lead and manage a team of front-line sales representatives in promoting and selling life insurance policies directly to clients. The role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the organization's growth and success through strategic leadership and effective sales management. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, manage, and motivate a team of front-line sales representatives to achieve assigned sales targets and expand the customer base. - Develop and execute effective sales strategies, tactics, and plans to drive business growth. - Provide the sales team with the necessary tools, training, and ongoing support to ensure success. - Monitor individual and team performance, deliver constructive feedback, and coach for skill development. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. - Stay informed about industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge. - Collaborate with departments such as marketing and operations to align sales efforts with business goals. - Analyze sales data and market insights to identify opportunities, improve efficiency, and optimize overall performance. Candidate Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in managing sales teams with proven success in sales, preferably in the life insurance or financial services sector. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities. - Sales Acumen: Strong skills in selling, negotiation, and deal closure. - Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. - Analytical Skills: Capable of interpreting sales data and market insights to guide strategy. - Results Orientation: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
