Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced candidate to originate, structure, and execute debt deals for corporates and institutions. The role demands strong financial acumen, knowledge of debt markets, and proven relationship management skills to drive successful closures with corporates, banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate and develop relationships with corporates, institutions, and promoters to generate mandates for debt syndication.
- Structure financial solutions including project finance, term loans, working capital, structured debt, and refinancing.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, mutual funds, and financial institutions for fund tie-ups and deal execution.
- Prepare credit appraisal notes, financial models, and information memorandums to support syndication.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with lenders to ensure competitive funding solutions for clients.
- Manage end-to-end syndication process from origination, due diligence, and credit evaluation to documentation and disbursement.
- Stay updated with regulatory frameworks (RBI, SEBI) and market developments impacting debt markets.
- Achieve revenue and business development targets by onboarding new clients and strengthening existing relationships.
Key Requirements
- Education: MBA (Finance) / CA.
- Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in debt syndication, corporate lending, or investment banking.
Skills & Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of debt syndication products, credit analysis, and financial structuring.
- Strong client acquisition, relationship management, and networking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, presentations, and deal documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
