About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our growing digital marketing agency in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of experience in sales/business development, with at least 12 years in a digital marketing agency. You will be responsible for driving new business, building strong client relationships, and promoting services like SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Website Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, online platforms, and partnerships.
- Pitch and present digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, ORM, Web Design, etc.) to prospective clients.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and digital strategies.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Prepare business reports, sales forecasts, and revenue projections for management.
Requirements
- 23 years of overall experience, with minimum 12 years in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, etc.).
- Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and LinkedIn lead generation
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Existing business network in industries like Education, Healthcare, E-commerce, or Real Estate.
- Basic understanding of campaign performance metrics and ROI-based marketing.
