Job Description

Business Development & Client Acquisition:

- Identify and target new business opportunities in University Vertical.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients .
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to secure long-term partnerships.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Create and execute tailored sales pitches and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to propose staffing solutions that meet clients hiring needs.
- Negotiate terms and contracts to secure staffing engagements.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and offering effective solutions.
- Monitor client satisfaction and work to resolve issues proactively..

Experience:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the Education Industry.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.

Skills:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with diverse client bases and internal teams.
