With our exhaustive learning programs, 1:1 mentor support for effective doubt resolution and over 400+ doubts being resolved per hour, our focus lies on crafting learning experiences that equip candidates with learning, application and demonstration of capabilities in the software development domain. A Little bit about you Are you obsessed with YouTube trends, analytics, and storytelling Do you love being in front of the camera while also strategizing content that genuinely grows a channel If yes, we want you We are looking for a Social Media Executive for YouTube who can take full ownership of content creation, audience growth, and engagement. You'll be the face, the voice, and the brain behind our long-form video content driving Coding Ninjas YouTube presence to the next level Responsibilities: - Conceptualize, script, and deliver high-energy long-form YouTube videos aligned with Coding Ninjas brand voice. - Take charge of end-to-end content creation: from ideation to shooting, editing coordination, and publishing. - Be the on-camera face relatable, confident, and engaging. - Optimize videos for YouTube SEO: titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and playlists. - Analyze analytics to track channel growth, audience retention, and engagement, and refine strategies based on insights. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align YouTube content with campaigns and brand goals. - Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest YouTube trends, algorithm updates, and content best practices. Requirements: - Proven experience in YouTube content creation. - Strong camera presence comfortable hosting and engaging an audience. - Expertise in long-form script writing (educational, explainer, or storytelling formats). - Hands-on experience with YouTube growth strategies and SEO. - An analytical mindset to translate performance data into actionable strategies. - Experience with educational or tech-related content. - Basic video editing and thumbnail design skills. - Track record of scaling a YouTube channel successfully.
