Company Description Avanta Business Centre Pvt. Ltd. is a UK-based serviced office company that began its operations in Delhi from Statesman House, Connaught Place, in 2008. Specializing in high-quality serviced offices, shared office spaces. Role Description The Sales Executive will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in developing and expanding business for the Business Centre. They will work closely with the Sales Managers to ensure that sales of services within the business are all maximised. Supporting have responsibility for developing business for the Business Centre in which they are based as well as other locations within the portfolio. They must also ensure that sales of services within the business are maximised. He/she will work closely with the Sales Manager and the operational team in general. A further key relationship will be with Avanta's Direct Sales team, based at head office. Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with business partners is imperative, particularly with the brokers and commercial agents. Ideal Candidate Profile: - Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting business development, generating new business, and managing third-party relationships in co working and business centre. - Experience handling small, medium, or large accounts. - Excellent presentation skills with confidence and enthusiasm. - Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. - Computer literate and comfortable using databases to update contacts and leads. - Numerate, with the ability to perform basic calculations as required. - Strong problem-solving skills to handle diverse client needs. - Capable of providing customized, consultative solutions based on individual client requirements. Daily Tasks - Business centre viewings. - Constant feedback to introductory parties, particularly brokers. - Prospect for new accounts - building good rapport and long-term profitable business relationships. - Proactively prospect the local territory - commercial agents, business groups, and those who actively market new offices. - Take lead responsibility for achieving the budgeted occupancy for the centre. - Ensure the sales database system is correctly maintained and supported. - Report and monitor saleactivity on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. - Network both internally and externally.
