Job Summary Are you a fresher with strong interpersonal skills and a passion to build a career in Human Resources? We are inviting motivated graduates/postgraduates to join as HR Interns and fast-track their careers into a Human Resources Executive role within 6 months. This is the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to Recruiting, Office Administration, Resume Screening, Telephone Interviewing, College Recruitment, HR Strategy, and Human Resource Development in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities - Support end-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition for non-IT roles. - Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social media for candidates searching and direct placement. - Screen resumes and applications; conduct phone screening and competency-based interviewing. - Coordinate interviews and assist in recruitment advertising. - Assist in onboarding, orientation, and HR documentation. - Maintain HRIS records, support human resource planning and policy implementation. - Assist in employee engagement, performance management, and exit interviews. - Handle general office administration and ensure smooth daily operations. - Work closely with the HR Manager on human resource strategy and development projects. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration / Related Field. - Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR-related experience may apply. - Excellent communication skills (Fluent English & Hindi mandatory; knowledge of local languages is a plus). - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. - Strong organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills. - Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter / Candidate Selection tools preferred. - Must be based in Bangalore; preference for candidates within 30 minutes of our office. Personal Attributes - Smart, articulate, and professional. - Proactive learner with strong interpersonal skills. - Responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in Human Resource Development. Compensation & Career Path - Stipend: ₹10,000 per month (first 6 months). - On successful completion, confirmed as Human Resources Executive with full-time placement. - Immense learning and exposure in Recruitment, Human Resource Strategy, and HR Operations to build a strong career foundation.
