Role Overview As a Hospital Growth Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion and sustainability of partner hospitals and healthcare facilities. You'll work on short-term growth-focused projects, developing customized strategies for revenue improvement, brand building, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities - Conduct in-depth growth audits for hospitals and healthcare centers. - Identify and implement strategies for revenue enhancement, patient acquisition, and service diversification. - Work with hospital management teams to improve marketing, branding, and digital presence. - Develop and present data-backed reports and recommendations to stakeholders. - Collaborate with NPPD Care's internal team and external experts to execute transformation projects. - Track and evaluate the impact of growth initiatives and recommend continuous improvements. - Support in designing new models for departmental optimization, partnerships, and referral networks.
