Position Summary Level: Consultant As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements. Work you'll do: Apply industry knowledge to requirements gathering and analysis, ensuring alignment with sector needs. Demonstrate expertise across the entire software development lifecycle, from design and coding to deployment and defect resolution, collaborating with stakeholders for effective delivery. Conduct peer and team reviews to maintain quality standards. Actively engage in Agile practices, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and effort estimation. Build and share business process knowledge, supporting project knowledge management and team training. Proactively recommend process improvements, track efficiency gains, and contribute to automation and innovation, all aimed at enhancing project outcomes and delivering greater value to clients. The team: You will play a key role in developing verticalized solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client's sector, transforming how organizations sell products, deliver services, drive growth, and sustain mission-critical operations. By leveraging your business expertise and advanced technology, you will help ensure every solution is seamlessly integrated with Industry Advantage and aligned with sector-specific requirements. Qualifications Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: - 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience in Guidewire Configuration / Integration. - Should have Platform Upgrade Experience - Hands-on experience with GOSU, Web Services and XML - Should be able to understand GW Integration / Configuration concepts - Should be able to design and develop Guidewire Integration Components/ Configure PC or BC or CC - Should be able to write GOSU code - Ability to perform estimation of work products - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Flexibility to adapt and apply innovation to varied business domain and apply technical solutioning and learnings to use cases across business domains and industries - Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office tools - Certification: Certifications in Guidewire Specialist/ ACE/ Cloud certifications. Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: - Experienced in CodeNarc or similar tools. - Experience with latest Guidewire cloud versions.
